内、外双气囊新型气管导管的研制

目的：研制一种用于抢救呼吸困难、呼吸骤停患者以及对各种大、中型手术麻醉时进行呼吸管理的一种新型气管导管。方法：气管导管采用一次性使用的无毒透明塑胶类,在塑胶内加有韧性强的不锈钢细丝,细钢丝制作成间距规则的螺旋形。在气管导管进入患者气管内部分别设计有内、外两可膨胀性充气囊,可交替使用。结果：双气囊气管导管减少了对气管局部的压迫时间,气囊密封性强,避免了重新更换气管导管;防打折性好,导管前端注药实用性强。结论：该气管导管更加完善了临床呼吸管理手段,对减少呼吸管理并发症增加了新的应对方法。

Research and Development of Double-capsule Trachea Tube

Objective To develop a new trachea tube which can be applied to the rescue of patients with breath difficulty or respiratory arrest or be used for respiratory management in major or medium surgical anesthesia.Methodes The new trachea tube was made of disposable non-toxic and transparent plastics,reinforced inside with fine stainless steel wire which was arranged as a spiral with regular spacing.There existed an inside and an outside expandable and inflatable capsule which could be used alternately in the part where the tracheal tube was conducted into the trachea of patients.Results The new trachea tube was marked with the features of reducing the compression time on trachea,high air-proof quality,twist preventing and easy access to injecting medicine from the trachea front.Conclusion The tracheal tube greatly improves the management of clinical respiration by reducing the caused complications.
