| 摘 要： | 为观察养血清脑颗粒治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效 ,6 0例颈性眩晕患者随机分为治疗组(口服养血清脑颗粒 )和对照组 (口服眩晕停 )各 30例 ,均治疗 4周。结果 :治疗组的总有效率为96 6 7% ,对照组为 73 33% ,P <0 0 5 ;治疗组血液流变学和椎 -基底动脉血流改善明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。提示养血清脑颗粒对颈性眩晕疗效确切

| Abstract: | To observe the clinical effects of "Blood Enriching and Brain Clearing Granule" in the treatment of cervical dizziness, 60 subjects were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 30 cases were treated by the Granule and control group another 30 cases were treated by oral xuanyunting, with a course of four weeks. Results: The total effective rate was 96.67% in treatment group and 73.33% in control group, with a difference between the two rates ( P <0.05); in treatment group, the blood rheology and vertebro basial blood supply improved obviously in comparison with control group ( P <0.05). It is indicated that the Granule has positive effects on cervical dizziness. |
