| 摘 要： | 目的探讨直接数字成像对表浅食管癌的诊断价值。方法分别用直接数字化X线机和传统X线机对27例表浅食管癌患者进行摄片,并计算各自的检出率。结果直接数字X线机和传统X线机对27例表浅型食管癌的检出率分别为74.07%和44.44%,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.909,P=0.027)。结论直接数字成像对表浅食管癌的检出有重要的临床应用价值,但对某些病例的诊断需与内镜、细胞学检查等技术相结合。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the value of direct digital radiography(DDR) in diagnosis of superficial esophageal carcinoma.Methods X-ray films were taken respectively with direct digital and traditional machines in 27 patients of superficial esophageal carcinoma.Then the diagnosis rates with direct digita and traditional machines were judged respectively.Results The diagnosis rates of direct digital and traditional machines were 74.07% and 44.44% respectively.There is statistically significant difference between the two machines(P=0.027).Conclusion DDR is valuable for clinical diagnosis of the superficial esophageal carcinoma,but in some cases,DDR should be conbined with endoscope,cytology and other techniques. |
