| 摘 要： | 目的 研究光量子血疗法 (UItrauioletBloodIrradiationandOxygen -ation简称UBIO)治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法 将 10 0例急性脑梗死患者随机分为试验组 (5 0例 )和常规组 (5 0例 ) ,观察 2组间神经功能缺损差别。结果 入院时 2组之间欧洲卒中评分比较无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;治疗 2周时欧洲卒中评分试验组为 70 14分± 7 6 7分 ,对照组为 6 0 5 3分± 6 81分 ,2组欧洲卒中评分之间有显著差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ;应用光量子血疗法治疗的患者均无不良反应。结论 光量子血疗法结合常规治疗是脑梗死的有效的治疗方法 ,使用上安全、可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective To research the effect of ultrauiolet blood irradiation and oxygen-action(UBIO) in curing cerebral infarction. Methods 100 patients affiliated by acute cerebral infarction were divided into experiment group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases) and observed the difference of nerve function defect. Results The European stroke marks of two groups when coming to the hospital were not different, but after two weeks' treatment, the marks were in significant of difference. There's no side effect in UBIO. Conclusion UBIO was an effective, safe, and reliable method to cerebral infarction. |
