浅低温体外循环心脏不停跳心内直视手术的临床应用

目的 对１３２例心脏不停跳心内直视手术临床应用的研究，探讨该手术的优点和意义。方法 １９９５年７月￣１９９７月１０应用浅低温体外循环疏脏不停跳心内直视手术行先心病矫治术１０９例，后心病瓣膜置换和（或）成形术２０例，心脏粘液瘤摘除术３例。术中不阻断主动脉，不灌注心停跳液，心脏有持续供血，术中缓慢跳动。结果 术后１３０例治愈出院，术后早期死亡２例（１．５％）。结论 心脏不停跳心内直视手术，使心肌在手术

The clinical using open heart procedure on beating heart under mild hypothermia CPB.

Objective To study of experience in 132 patients with heart disease who had been performed the open heart procedures on a beating heart under mild hypothermica CPB. Methods 109 patients with congenital heart disease had been performed this procedure. There were 20 patients with rheumatic heart disease and 3 patients with left atrium myxoma who had been performed this procedure with not clamp aortic and not perfuse crystaloid cardioplegia There were enough blood supplied to the heart tissures, beating heart was through the precedure. Results 130 patients perfected result after operation and discharged from the hospital earlier than routinely, Two patients died soon after the procedure(1.5%). Conclusions The open heart procedure on a beating heart under mild hypothermia CPB can offter continue blood and oxygen, avoilding reperfusion injuries. This procedure can reduce injuries of heart tissures at most, and a new, safe approach for heart surgery.
