海南省白内障手术率及其相关因素分析

目的 了解海南省的GSR及其影响CSR的相关因素,进一步探索如何建立提高CSR的长效机制.方法 调查海南省二级以上的公立医院和有白内障手术能力的民营医院共31家眼科的医疗资源和2006年完成白内障手术情况,了解近三年来通过残联组织的白内障复明手术情况,参考海南省发布的相关资料,确定海南省的CSR,并对相关因素进行分析.结果 海南省2006年共完成白内障手术8444例.其中,三甲医院完成2695例,民营医院完成2750例,基层医院完成1401例,残联完成1598例,21家基层医院当中有16家医院年白内障手术量在50例以下.海南省现有的186名眼科医师能掌握白内障手术技术仅83名.结论 海南省的CSR为1017.建立提高CSR的长效机制,首先是各级政府部门的重视和投人以及社会各界的支持,提高眼科医师白内障手术的数量和质量尤其注重培养和提高基层眼科医师手术水平是根本.引入健康有序的竞争机制,建立健全的医保制度,降低医疗成本,构成一个尽责的筛查网络,都是必不可少的相关因素.

Cataract surgical rate and Analysis of it's correlation factors in Hainan province

Objective To investigate the cataract surgical rate(CSR) and the correlative factors that affected CSR and further to evaluate the prolonged acting mechanism how to increase CSR in Hainan province. Methods To investigate 31 hospitals including public ones which excelled the second order hospital and the civil-managed ones which have ability to operate on cataract and the data of the operation on cataract in 2006; To comprehend the data of cataractous surgery financed by the association of disabled people; To refer to the relative data issued by government of Hainan province; To ascertain the CSR and analyse the correlative fators. Results 8444 of cases of cataratous surgery were performed in 2006 in Hainan province. 2695 of cases were done by the third order hospitals, 2750 of cases by civil-managed ones, 1401 of cases by primary level hospitals and 1598 of cases supported by association of disabled people. Among the 21 primary level hospitals, there are 16 ones which annum surgical production on cataract is less than 50 of cases. Only 83 of doctors can operate on cataract by themselves among 186 of ophthalmologists in Hainan province. Conclusions The CSR is 1017 in Hainan province. In order to build up the prolong acting mechanism to increase the CSR, the all government branches should think highly of and throw fund into it, as well as all walks of life should support it. The quality and quantity of cataract surgery of ophthalmologist should increase. It is very important for primary level oculists to focus on fostering and increasing surgical level.It is indispensable to introduce healthly and orderly competitive mechanism to set up sound medical care system, to cut down medical treatment cost and to constitute responsible screening network.
