吸毒人群中甲肝病毒感染及其影响因素

目的　了解吸毒人员中甲型肝炎病毒 (HAV)的感染状况及其影响因素 ,为防制甲肝提供科学依据。方法　采用现况研究 ,通过整群抽样 ,以问卷的方式收集吸毒人员有关资料并采集血标本。用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA法 ) ,检测血清中抗 -HAV。采用SPSS 10 0软件进行统计学分析。结果　 772名吸毒人员中检出阳性 5 14人 ,总感染率为 6 6 5 8% ;单因素分析 :不同地区 (χ2 =13 4 7,P <0 0 5 )、不同文化程度 (χ2 =7 36 ,P <0 0 5 )、不同婚姻状况 (χ2 =6 0 2 ,P <0 0 5 )甲肝病毒感染率有显著性差异。多因素分析 :吸毒人员中甲肝的感染与地区 ,文化程度 ,婚姻状况 ,与他人共用餐具等情况有关。结论　吸毒人群是甲型肝炎病毒感染的高危人群。甲型肝炎的影响因素有地区、文化程度、婚姻状况、与他人共用餐具等

Study on condition of hepatitis A virus infection among drug users and affecting factor

Objective To study the condition of hepatitis A infection among drug users and the affecting factors,and to offer epidemiologic information for preveotion and control of Hepatitis A.Methods To collect general information of drug users through cluster-sampling and questionnaire investigation.To collect serums from these drug users.Examining the anti-HAV by ELLISA test.Analyzing the data by SPSS10.0.Results Infection of hepatitis A were identified in 514(66.58%) of 772 drug users as a whole.One-way analysis:The infection rate was highest in the west of Hunan.The infection rate in the group of better education was evidently lower.High hepatitis A infection rate was found in the people who married or remarried.Logistic analysis:The related factors of the HAV infection were the degree of education,region,marriage,sharing dinning-tool with others.Conclusion Drug users was a group of high risk of hepatitis A infection.
