接触二甲苯的职业人群神经行为变化

目的：探讨二甲苯对职业人群神经行为的影响。方法：采用ＷＨＯ推荐的神经行为测试组合对喷漆作业工人的神经行为进行了测试。结果：在所接触平均浓度不超过现行国家卫生标准的情况下，二甲苯对接触者记忆能力及手的运动速度和准确性有明显的影响。结论：二甲苯对接触者神经系统具有一定的影响，亟待提出保护接触者神经系统不受损害的时间加权平均浓度（ＴＷＡ）。

The Neurobehavioral Performance of Workers Exposed to Xylene

In order to study the effects of xylene on neurobehavior in paint spraying workers.Neurobehavioral performance examination in workers of paint spraying workshop was conducted using Neurobehavioral Core Tests Battery(NCTB) recommended by WHO. The results showed that ability of memory and dexterity of hands in exposed group were worse than that in control group.It suggests that xylene exposure may damage the functions of nervous system in workers.
