| 摘 要： | 目的:建立氢化物发生-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(HG-ICP-OES)检测人尿砷含量的方法,为地方性砷中毒患者尿样中痕量砷的测定提供一条更便捷、灵敏的途径.方法:采用正交试验选择仪器最佳工作参数;探讨氢化物发生条件的影响因素;对该方法进行相关分析效能评价,并与二乙氨基二硫代甲酸银(DDC-Ag)法进行比对.结果:该方法检出限为 0.21～0.53 g/L,定量限 2.1～5.3 g/L;在10～500 g/L范围内,砷浓度与等离子体发射光谱强度线性关系良好(R＞0.999 5),灵敏度(标准曲线斜率)为8.90 ± 0.78;相对标准差在 0.42%～1.73%之间,加标回收率95.67% ～105.77%,检测结果与DDC-Ag法比较无统计学差异,且检出限更低,灵敏度更高,线性关系更好,精密度区间更窄,回收率范围更可靠.结论:该方法灵敏度高、准确性好,可用于地方性砷中毒患者尿中总砷含量测定.
