厄贝沙坦与阿托伐他汀联用对不稳定型心绞痛患者C-反应蛋白及血脂的影响

目的:观察厄贝沙坦与阿托伐他汀联用对不稳定型心绞痛(UA)患者C-反应蛋白(CRP)和血脂的影响.方法:107例随机分成3组,对照组给予常规治疗、治疗组1给予阿托伐他汀及常规治疗、治疗组2为厄贝沙坦联用阿托伐他汀及常规治疗.比较3组治疗前、治疗后6周、12周C-反应蛋白及血脂水平的变化.结果:不稳定型心绞痛患者早期应用阿托伐他汀可明显降低C-反应蛋白及血脂水平,而厄贝沙坦联用阿托伐他汀更优于阿托伐他汀治疗组.结论:早期厄贝沙坦联用阿托伐他汀能有效控制不稳定型心绞痛患者C-反应蛋白及血脂水平,控制程度优于单用阿托伐他汀.

Effects of Irbessartan Combine with Atorvastatin on Level of CRP and Blood lipid in Patients with Unstable Angina

Objective:To observe the effects of irbesartan combine with atorvastatin on the CRP and blood lipid level in the patients with unstable angina.Methods:107 patients randomly divided into 3 groups,comparing group was given conventional treatment;treatment group(1)was given atorvastatin and conventional treatment,and treatment group(2)was given atorvastatin plus conventional treatment for irbesartan alliance.Levels of the CRP and blood lipid in patients were measured before and after 6 weeks and 12 weeks treatment respectively.Results:The patients with received atorvastatin in early treatment stage could reduce CRP and blood lipid level obviously.The irbesartan combine with atorvastatin was better than that in atorvastatin treatment group.Conclusions:In early stage,irbesartan +atorvastatin can control the level of blood lipid and CRP on the patient CRP with unstable angina and efficiently,control level is better than that use of atorvastatin alone.
