盐酸雷尼替丁薄膜衣片的工艺初探及质量考察

采用ＨＰＭＣ作底膜，ＩＶ号丙烯酸树脂作外层膜，对盐酸雷尼替丁进行薄膜包衣制片，并就崩解时间、抗热试验、抗湿试验、外观等和糖衣片进行比较。结果表明，盐酸雷尼替丁薄膜衣片的质量明显优于糖衣片，具有以下优点，并重和体积增加不大；外观光滑、透明、质量、稳定，防潮效果好；工艺简单，生产周期短。

Preliminary Study on Preparing Process and Quality of Film Coated Tablets of Ranitidine Hydrochloride

Using HPMC as a base film and acvylic resin IV as a outer film,the film coated tabletsof ranitidine hydrochloride were prepared.Compared with sugar coated tablets it is indicated that thequality of the film coated tablets were much better than-that of the later one.The size and the weightof the fim coated tablet:only inereascd about 5%,and the tablets were smoother and better in stabili-ty and moisture proof.
