| 摘 要： | 目的:研究复方黄毛豆腐柴搽剂保护软组织损伤及抗炎止痛的作用。方法:用蛋清致大鼠足肿胀,落物致小鼠软组织损伤和小鼠热板致痛,观察复方黄毛豆腐柴搽剂对其的对抗作用。结果:复方黄毛豆腐柴搽剂能明显对抗蛋清致大鼠足肿胀,减轻小鼠软组织损伤和热板致痛作用。结论:复方黄毛豆腐柴搽剂具有显著的抗炎、止痛和保护软组织损伤的作用,且呈现一定的量效关系。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the soft tissue injury protection as well as anti-inflammatory and acesodyne effects of compound Huangmaodaofuchai liniment.METHODS Inflammation and swelling in the feet of rats were caused by egg white protein,soft tissue injury in mice caused by falling object,the pains of mice resulted from heat stimulation,these oppositional effects of compound Huangmaodaofuchai liniment were observed.RESULTS Compound Huangmaodaofuchai liniment could resist the inflammation and swelling caused by egg white protein in rats,release the injury of soft tissue and the pains caused by heat stimulation in mice.CONCLUSION Compound Huangmaodaofuchai liniment has significant anti-inflammatory and acesodyne effect and can release soft tissue injury,with a dose-response relationship. |
