| 摘 要： | 介绍经皮穿刺和经皮、经肝穿刺二种途径的胆囊造瘘术。穿刺针和导管有三种,以自行设计的塑料套鞘带囊的穿刺针效果最好,拔出穿刺针芯后剩留塑料套鞘可以引流,囊充液可以起预防胆汁漏入腹腔和套鞘导管脱落的作用,本组共处理22例。效果良好,通过导管造影,全部明确诊断,是比传统胆囊造瘘术更为简便,创伤小而安全的方法。

| Abstract: | A new technique of puncture cholecystostomy is presented. Three kinds of catheters are used of which the authors' modification is the most useful. It consists of a plastic catheter with a rubber cuff on its tip and a puncture needle within its lumen so that after puncturing the catheter into the distended gallbladder, effective drainage of the infected bile is obtained after withdrawing the needle and bile leakage into the free peritoneal cavity is prevented by the inflated rubber cuff and pulling and fixing the catheter upon the abdomianl wall. Twenty-two cases with gallbladder lesions were thus drained without any puncture associated complications. |
