| 摘 要： | 目的：比较派力奥软膏对轻、重度牙周炎的治疗效果。方法：对53名患者的266个患牙（其中轻度牙周炎106个，重度牙周炎160个）行常规根面平整术后配合局部使用派力奥（实验组）或配合全身用药（对照组），记录比较各项临床指标。结果：派力奥对重度牙周炎的辅助治疗效果更为明显。结论：建议临床对重度牙周炎患者行根面平整术后常规使用派力奥软膏。

| Abstract: | AIM:To compare the effect of PERIO on the light-grade periodontitis and severe-grade periodontitis.METHODS:Two hundred sixty-six periodontally compromised teeth from 53patients(126 teeth with light-grade periodontitis and 160 teeth with severe-grade periodontitis)were treated,with PERIO locally(experimental group) or with systematic administration of antibiotics(control group),after routine root planning.The clinical indexes were recorded and compared.RESULTS:The accessorial effect of PERIO on severe-grade periodontitis is more apparent.CONCLUSION:It is suggested that patients with severe-grade periodontitis be routinely treated with PERIO after root planning. |
