| 摘 要： | 目的探讨机械排痰法对ICU危重患者的排痰效果。方法选取40例合并肺部感染、血氧饱和度（SaO2）〈90％的患者，按完全随机法分成观察组和对照组，每组各20例。观察组应用振动排痰机排痰，对照组采用传统手叩击法排痰，比较两组患者首次排痰前后SaO2、动脉血氧分压（PaO。）、呼吸频率、咳痰或吸痰量。结果观察组患者肺部听诊、SaO2、PaO2、呼吸频率的改善情况明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论机械排痰效果优于人工叩击排痰，可在临床广泛推广应用。
