| 摘 要： | 化湿运脾法,是中医临床治疗脾胃病的主要方法之一。运脾法是指以恢复脾胃运化之职,使脾胃调和、脾运复健为主要目的的治法。该法源于《内经》,发展于后世。本文就运脾法的文献记载、临床应用进行论述,以提高临床治疗慢性消化系统疾病的疗效。

| Abstract: | Method of invigorating spleen for eliminating dampness is one of the main treating methods of spleen and stomach disease in Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） . The method refers to the restoration of transformation and transportation functions of spleen and reconciliation of stomach and spleen activities. The method originated from ＂ The Yellow Emperor＇s Inner Classic＂ and was developed by the later TCM practitioners. In this paper, the relevant literatures and clinical applications of the method of invigorating spleen for eliminating dampness were discussed, in order to improve the clinical efficacy in treating chronic diseases of digestive system. |
