| 摘 要： | 糖尿病肾病是糖尿病微血管并发症之一,具有发病率高、致死致残率高的特点,严重影响患者的生活质量,威胁患者的生命。我们在临床实践中,体会到瘀、浊、热三种病邪与本病之间关系密切,在治疗中结合瘀、浊、热三种因素进行治疗常可取得较好疗效,故将本病与瘀、浊、热三种病理因素的关系进行阐述,以期更好地指导临床应用。

| Abstract: | Diabetic nephropathy （DN） is one of the diabetic microvascular complications and characterized by high incidence rate and mortality rate. From cfinical experience, three pathogens including blood stasis, turbidity and heat were found closely related to DN pathogenesis; DN therapies against the three pathogens often obtained better curative effect. We will elaborate the remationship between DN and the three pathological factors, to better guide clinical practice. |
