白及三七散治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎31例

目的观察白及三七散治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎临床疗效。方法收集门诊及住院病例60例,随机列入治疗组和对照组,治疗组31例,给予口服白及三七散,疗程四周。对照组共29例,给予口服雷贝拉唑胶囊联合铝碳酸镁片,疗程4周。结果两组间比较,腹痛、腹胀、嗳气症状改善无明显差异（P〉0.05）;内镜下疗效评估,治疗组总有效率93.5%,对照组总有效率82.8%,两组间疗效比较差异显著（P〈0.05）,治疗组优于对照组;胃黏膜组织病理变化,两组比较,中性粒细胞浸润改善无差异;单核细胞浸润、腺体密度和腺体形态改善,治疗组明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论治疗组在内镜下糜烂黏膜的修复优于对照组。

Treatment of Chronic Erosive Gastritis with Bletilla Notoginseng Powder

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of hyacinth bletilla notoginseng powder in the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis. Methods Outpatient and hospitalized cases were collected and randomly divided into the treatment group （31 cases） and control group （29 cases） . Treatment group received oral bletilla notoginseng, control group received oral rabeprazole azole capsule and aluminum magnesium carbonate treatments, for a course of 4 weeks. Results Comparing the two groups, there was no significant difference in improvement in symptoms such as abdominal pain, abdominal distention and belching （P〉0.05） ; based on endoscopic evaluation, there was significant difference in total effectiveness between treatment group （93.5%） and control group （82.8%） （P〈0.05）, treatment group was superior to control group; as to the gastric mucosal pathological changes, neutrophil infiltration reduction showed no difference; treatment group was better than control group （P〈0.05） in mononuclear cell infiltration, the density of glandular and glandular shape improvements. Conclusion The treatment group is better than the control group in endoscopic mucosa repairing.
