| 摘 要： | 目的:比较川白芷中欧前胡素的含量测定方法。方法:分别用《中国药典》2005年版白芷项下欧前胡素的HPLC测定方法及川白芷规范化种植(GAP)课题组建立的川白芷中三种香豆素成分的HPLC测定方法对六批川白芷药材中欧前胡素进行了含量测定。结果:药典方法中供试品溶液的制备方法更加简单、快速,且提取效率高。川白芷GAP课题组建立的方法可同时测定三种主要香豆素类成分的含量。结论:两种方法均可用于白芷药材的检验和质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the methods of determination of imperatorin in Radix Angelicae Dahuricae.Methods: The content of imperatorin in six samples of Radix Angelicae Dahuricae were determinated by two HPLC methods established separately by Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2005 edition) and Chuan Baizhi GAP project group. Results:The preparation method of Chinese Pharmacopoeia is more available,simple and efficient.The three main coumarins in Chuan Baizhi can be determined simultaneously by the method of Chuan Baizhi GAP project group.Conclusion:Both of the two methods can both be used for the detection and quality control of Radix Angelicae Dahuricae. |
