镍钛丝在前牙活髓牙体缺损修复中的应用

摘    要:目的:观察镍钛丝支架在前牙活髓切角、切缘缺损修复中的固位情况。方法:预备因龋齿或外伤引起的活髓前牙缺损的牙体组织,并在其边缘的牙本质内打两个2ram的针道,牙髓刺激症状明显者,用聚羧酸粘固粉单层垫底,或氢氧化钙加聚羧酸粘固粉双层垫底,将0.18镍钛丝制作成“L”或“U”形固位支架,用光固化复合树脂修复其外形。结果:经1—5年的随访,镍钛丝支架修复的前牙活髓缺损,成功率为92.55%,支架成功率为97.89%,“L”形支架成功率为100%。结论:0.18镍钛圆丝支架在前牙活髓缺损修复过程中能起到良好的固位作用,尤其是作“L”形支架有很好的固位作用。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo test the retention of Ni-Ti 0.18 arch wires in the reparation of incisal corner and incisal edge of vital teeth of anterior.MethodAfter obtaining dental tissues of vital anterior teeth defect caused by dental caries of injuries,we injected two needle paths with 2mm wide in the marginal dentin.As for the patients with obvious dental pulp′s stimulative symptoms,we used HY-Bond polycarboxylate cement to be the one-layer pad or used sodium hydroxide to be the double-layer pad.Ni-Ti 0.18 arch wires were used to be retention scaffolds in 'L' or 'U' shape.ResultsAccording to our following investigations in 1~5 years,92.55% patients′ anterior vital teeth were successfully restored by Ni-Ti 0.18 arch wires′ scaffold.The success rate of scaffold in shape of 'U' was 97.89%,and the success rate of scaffold in shape of 'L' was definitely 100%.ConclusionNi-Ti 0.18 arch wires scaffold especially in 'L' shape plays a great role in the restoration of anterior teeth defect of vital teeth.
