糖尿病患者血清C-反应蛋白水平及其与牙周病的关系

目的探讨糖尿病（DM）患者血清C-反应蛋白（CRP）水平变化及其与牙周病的关系。方法检测60例首诊DM患者血清CRP浓度及牙周状态（DM组），并以无糖尿病的社区居民60人作对照（对照组）。结果DM组有牙用病者为88．5％，对照组为25．6％，两组比较差异有统计学意叉（P〈0．01）；DM组的CRP水平为（8．48±0．78）mg／L，明显高于对照组（4．62±0．72）mg／L，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；DM伴牙周病患者的血CRP水平比无牙周病者高，分别为（9．87±0．50）mg／L和（4．52±0．32）mg／L，差异有有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；DM患者的茵斑指数、龈沟出血指数、牙周袋探诊深度与对照组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论DM患者常伴有牙周病，检测血CRP可以预测DM发作或复发，定期口腔健康检查对DM的防治有重要意义。

Relationship between the Changes of Serum C-reactive Protein in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus and Periodontal Disease

Objective To study on the relationship between the changes of serum C - reactive protein （CRP） in patients with diabetes mellitus （DM） and periodontal disease. Methods The serum CRP level and periodontal status after the first fit in 60 cases with DM were determined （ DM group） and the 60 persons with no diabetes in the communities as the control （ control group）. Results The prevalence of periodontal disease was 88.5% in DM group and 25.6% in control group. There were statistical significance in both groups （ P 〈0. 01）. The level of serum CRP in DM group was higher than that in control group （ P 〈0.01）. The level of serum CRP in periodontal disease with DM was more higher than that in no periodontal disease with DM （ P 〈 0. 001 ）. Significantly increased probing depths （PD）, plaque index （PLI）, sulcus bleeding index （SBI） were noticed in DM when comparied with the control （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The prevalence of periodontal disease is high in patients with DM. Dection the serum CRP might prognosis fit or relapse of DM. There were important significance to checkup mouse periodical in prevent and treat DM.
