摘    要:传统经皮给药严重受限于皮肤的阻碍,如何破坏角质层打开一条允许大分子药物通过的通道是个重要课题。微机电系统的发展使得微针阵列增强经皮给药成为可能,它除了能有效增强皮肤对药物的渗透性外.还可以用来直接传输胰岛素、疫苗等药物到皮肤.为药物释放系统提供了一个新的发展方向。对经皮给药用微针阵列的发展和现状进行了回顾和评述,并指出了其商业化前景和未来研究的方向。

Abstract:It is very important to disrupt the stratum corneum structure and to create pathways allowing transport of macromolecules, as the traditional transdermal drug delivery has been severely limited by the skin barrier. With the development of the Micro Electro-Mechanical System(MEMS), it becomes possible for microneedles array to strengthen the transdermal drug delivery. In addition to the increase of the skin permeability,it can also be used to deliver drugs into skin,such as insulin and vaccine, providing a new direction for drug delivery systems. In this paper, we review the development and applications in transdermal drug delivery of miconeedles' array. The commercial prospects and recommendations for the future research work are also represented.
