Ang-2、Vav1蛋白联合肿瘤标志物检测在胃癌中的诊断价值

目的探讨胃癌患者血管生成素-2(Ang-2)、Vav1蛋白、癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原724(CA724)水平变化,分析Ang-2、Vav1、CEA、CA724联合检测在胃癌中的诊断价值。方法选取2018年3月至2019年1月在该院治疗的57例胃癌患者(胃癌组)、53例胃良性肿瘤患者(胃良性肿瘤组),以及同期55例健康体检者(对照组)作为研究对象,分别检测3组研究对象Ang-2、Vav1、CEA、CA724的表达水平,并对检测结果进行比较分析。结果胃癌组Ang-2、Vav1、CEA、CA724阳性率均明显高于胃良性肿瘤组和对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);胃癌组Ang-2、Vav1、CEA、CA724表达水平均明显高于胃良性肿瘤组和对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ang-2、Vav1、CEA、CA724联合检测的灵敏度均明显高于单项检测,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ang-2、Vav1、CEA、CA724联合检测的特异度与单项检测比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Ang-2、Vav1、CEA、CA724检测对胃癌的诊断有一定临床应用价值,可作为胃癌的实验室评估指标之一,具有重要临床意义。

Diagnostic value of combined detection of Ang-2,Vav1 protein and tumor markers in gastric cancer

Objective To investigate the levels of angiopoietin-2(Ang-2),Vav1 protein,carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 724(CA724)in gastric cancer patients,and to analyze the clinical value of combined detection of Ang-2,Vav1,CEA,CA724.Methods A total of 57 cases of gastric cancer(gastric cancer group),53 cases of gastric benign tumor(gastric benign tumor group)and 55 cases of healthy people(control group)from March 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects.The levels of Ang-2,Vav1,CEA,CA724 were detected and analyzed in the three groups.Results The positive rate of Ang-2,Vav1,CEA,CA724 in gastric cancer group was significantly higher than those in the gastric benign tumor group and control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of Ang-2,Vav1,CEA,CA724 in gastric cancer group were significantly higher than those in the gastric benign tumor group and control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity of combined detection of Ang-2,Vav1,CEA,CA724 were better than the single detection,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference on specificity of combined detection of Ang-2,Vav1,CEA,CA724 was not statistically significant while compared with the single detection(P>0.05).Conclusion Combined detection of Ang-2,Vav1,CEA,CA724 has important clinical significance in the diagnosis of gastric cancer.Combined detection of Ang-2,Vav1,CEA,CA724 is one of the indexes to evaluate the state of the patients in gastric cancer,which has clinical significance.
