| Abstract: | By combining the cases,the paper analyzed the reasons for lack of legal consciousness in nurses.It mainly related to inadequate of nursing education or Absence of legal-related courses and consciousness nurses.It should be improved from three levels to strengthen legal education,practice according to law to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of nurses. |
