马来酸桂哌齐特联合血栓通对后循环缺血患者椎动脉血流量的影响

摘    要:目的:观察分析小剂量马来酸桂哌齐特联合注射用血栓通对后循环缺血患者椎动脉血流量的影响。方法:后循环缺血患者103例,随机分为治疗组(52例)和对照组(51例)。对照组给予注射用血栓通,治疗组加用马来酸桂哌齐特注射液。观察治疗前后椎动脉血流量变化。结果:治疗组较对照椎动脉血流量增加明显,两组比较有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:小剂量马来酸桂哌齐特注射液可以明显增加后循环缺血患者椎动脉血流量。

Abstract:Objectrve:To observe and analysis Small doses cinepazide maleate injection together with zhusheyong xueshuantong for patients with posterior circulation ischemia effect of vertebral artery blood flow.Methods:Patients with posterior circulation ischemia 103 cases,the patients were randomly divided into two groups.treatment group 52 cases,the contrast group 51 cases.The contrast group group was given zhusheyong xueshuantong,treatment group together with small doses cinepazide maleate injection.Observe vertebral artery flow changes before and after treatment.Results:The treatment group than control vertebral artery blood flow increase obviously,the difference was statistically signincant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Small doses cinepazide maleate injection together with zhusheyong xueshuantong can obviously increase recycling ischemia after patients with vertebral artery blood flow.Vertebral artery blood flow.
