| 摘 要： | 建立了高效液相色谱法测定根皮素乳膏中的根皮素.采用C18色谱柱,以甲醇-0.1%乙酸(45∶55)为流动相,检测波长286 nm.根皮素在0.02～0.20 mg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好.回收率约99%,RSD为1.23%.

| Abstract: | An HPLC method was established for the determination of phloretin in phloretin cream.A C_(18) column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-0.1%acetic acid(45:55) at the detection wavelength of 286 nm.The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 0.02-0.20 mg/ml.The average recovery was 99%,with RSD of 1.23%. |
