“奥动”中药复方功能液抗疲劳和抗缺氧作用的实验研究

目的:探讨"奥动"中药复方功能液对小鼠抗疲劳和耐缺氧能力的作用。方法:清洁级昆明种小鼠随机分为空白对照组、阳性药物对照组、植物药材组、营养元素组、"奥动"药物组,用药及进行适应性运动训练30天,通过小鼠游泳试验、爬竿试验测试"奥动"药物的抗疲劳效果,同时对小鼠进行生理生化实验。指标检测包括血清乳酸、血清尿素氮、肝糖原和血清丙二醛含量、血清乳酸脱氢酶和血清超氧化物歧化酶活性。结果:与空白对照组比较,"奥动"中药复方功能液显著提高了小鼠的游泳时间与爬竿时间(P<0.01)。生化指标显示"奥动"中药复方功能液显著(P<0.01)地减低了实验小鼠剧烈运动后血乳酸的含量升高幅度、血清尿素氮的含量和丙二醛含量。显著(P<0.01)地提高了小鼠肝糖原的储血量、乳酸脱氢酶活性和血清超氧化物歧化酶活性。结论:"奥动"中药复方功能液具有显著的抗疲劳、抗缺氧作用。

Study on Anti-fatigue and Anti-hypoxia Effect of Aodong Functional Liquid from Chinese Traditional Compound Medicines

Objective:To investigate"Aodong"Chinese herbal functional liquid on fatigue in mice and the role of hypoxia tolerance.Methods:Kunming mice were randomly divided into control group,positive control group,group of plant medicines,nutritional element group,the"Aodong"drug group,drug use and adaptation of exercise training for 30 days,by swimming test in mice,climb pole test test"Aodong"anti-fatigue effects of drugs,and physiological and biochemical experiments on mice.Markers include serum lactate,blood urea nitrogen,liver glycogen and serum MDA,serum lactate dehydrogenase and serum superoxide dismutase activity. Results:Compared with the control group,the"Aodong"Chinese herbal improves the function of artery disease in mice swimming time and pole-climbing time(P<0.01).Biochemical indicators of the"Aodong"feature artery disease with Chinese herbal compound(P<0.01) reduced the blood of mice after strenuous exercise lactic acid content increased rate,serum urea nitrogen content and MDA.Significantly (P<0.01) increased the amount of mouse liver glycogen reserves,lactate dehydrogenase and serum superoxide dismutase activity. Conclusion:"Aodong"functional liquid Chinese herbal compound has significant function of anti-fatigue and anti-hypoxia.
