婴幼儿手足口病与轮状病毒性肠炎心肌酶及心电图比较研究

目的:对比分析手足口病患儿与轮状病毒性肠炎患儿的心肌酶及心电图特征,为早期治疗手足口病导致的心肌损害提供依据。方法:2010年1月至2010年6月收住南京市儿童医院的手足口病患儿201例与轮状病毒性肠炎患儿203例,于入院次日行心肌酶及常规12导联心电图检查,对两组患儿的心肌酶及心电图表现进行统计分析。结果:手足口病患儿与轮状病毒性肠炎患儿的心肌酶及心电图表现存在统计学差异(P<0.05),且两者心电图异常表现的亚型具有统计学意义(P<0 05)。结论:手足口病患儿较轮状病毒性肠炎患儿更易出现心电图表现的异常,提示手足口病可能更易造成患儿心肌的损害。

Comparative Study on Serum Myocardial Enzyme and Electrocardiogram of Cases of Infant'sfoot-hand -and -mouth Disease and Rotavirus Enteritis

Objective:Cany on contrast analysis of serum myocardial enzyme and electrocardiogram of Infant’s foot-band -and -mouth disease and rotavirus enteritis to provide a theoretical gist for early therapy of myocardial damage that be caused by the foot-hand -and -mouth disease.Methods:The examination of 12 channel electrocardiogram were performed in 201cases of the foot-hand -and -mouth disease and 203 cases of the rotavirus enteritis and their serum myocardial enzymes were tested.And then,the statistical analysis of serum myocardial enzyme and electrocardiogram were done.Results:Serum myoccardial enzyme and electrocardiogram were have significant stalislical difference between two groups(P<0.05).The type of the abnormal electrocardiogram was has significant statistical difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:patients with foot-hand -and -mouth disease have more abnormal electrocardiogram count than patients with rotavirus enteritis.The foot-hand -and -mouth disease could easily cause myocardial damage.
