| 摘 要： | 目的:观察甘草酸二铵肠溶胶囊治疗抗结核药物所致的肝损害的临床疗效。方法:将我院近年来收治的77例符合使用抗结核药物所致肝损害的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别给予甘草酸二铵肠溶胶囊和甘草酸二铵胶囊进行护肝治疗,对其疗效进行统计学分析比较。结果:治疗组肝功能恢复情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用甘草酸二铵肠溶胶囊治疗抗结核药物所致肝损害疗效显著。 |

The Efficacy of Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate Enteric-coated Capsules in Treating Liver Damage Caused by Anti-tuberculosis Drugs |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the efficacy of diammonium glycyrrhizinate enteric-coated capsules in treating liver damage caused by anti-tuberculosis drugs.Methods:77 patients with liver damage caused by anti-taberculosis in our hospital were divided into two groups at random.Patients in test group received diammonium glycyrrhizinate enteric-coated capsules.Patients in control group received diammonium glycyrrbizinate capsuies.The therapeutic outcome were compared between two groups by statistical test.Results:In test group,the improvement of liver function was obviously better man that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Diammonium glycyrrbizinate enteric-coated capsules is an effective medicine in treating liver damage caused by anti-tuberculosis drugs. |
