| 摘 要： | 目的:建立测定清肺化饮合剂中苦杏仁苷含量的HPLC方法。方法:苦杏仁苷测定以Ameritech Accurasil C18柱(5μm,250mm×4.6mm)为固定相,甲醇-0.1%磷酸(20:80)为流动相,UV检测波长210nm,流速1.0ml/min。结果:苦杏仁苷在(3.2～156)μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.62%,RSD=0.95%。结论:本法测定清肺化饮合剂中苦杏仁苷含量简便、准确、快捷,可用于清肺化饮合剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of laetrile in Qingfei-huayin Mixture.Methods:Laetrile was separated on Aincritech Accurasil C18 column(5μm,250mm×4.6mm)and detected at 210nm,with methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid(20:80) as mobile phase.thc flow rate was 1.0ml/min.Results:Laetrile presented a good linear correlation with in the range of(3.12～156)μg/ml(r=0 9999).The averange recovery was 99.62%,witb RSD of 0.95%.Conclusion:This method is simple,accurate,rapid and can be used in the quality cancrol of laetrile in Qingfei-huayin Mixture. |
