肾嗜酸性细胞腺瘤1例的影像学表现并文献复习

摘    要:目的:探讨1例肾嗜酸性细胞腺瘤(RO)的超声及CT表现,进一步提高对RO的认识。方法:结合文献对该RO的超声及CT表现进行讨论分析。结果:RO的二维声像图和CT平扫相仿,均为肾实质内圆形肿物,呈稍低回声/稍低密度,挤压肾实质并向肾表面隆起,其内部见一不规则低回声/低密度的中央疤,似"星芒"状。彩色血流图可见抱球样血流。CT增强扫描皮质期病灶边缘明显强化,中央呈片状轻度强化;实质期病灶边缘密度减低,中央部位强化伴低密度无强化区;肾盂期对比剂逐渐向中央充填,并见轻度强化伴缩小的低密度区,呈"轮辐状"强化。结论:RO瘤体中央区"星芒"状低回声/低密度疤痕是其特征性影像学表现,如在肾肿瘤超声或CT检查中出现此征象可提示RO,确诊主要依靠病理学检查。

Eosinophilic Renal Cell Tumor Imaging Findings in 1 Case and Review of Literature

Abstract:Objective:To investigate one case of eosinophilic renal cell carcinoma(RO) of the ultrasound and CT,to further enhance the understanding of the RO.Methods:The literature ultrasound and CT of the RO’s discussion and analysis of performance.Results:RO of the two-dimensional CT scan ultrasonography and similar,are round masses within the renal parenchyma,was slightly lower echo / slightly low-density.compression of renal parenchyma to the renal surface uplift,its internal see an irregular hypoechoic / low-density central scar.like"stellate"shape.Color flow image can be seen holding the ball like blood flow.Enhanced CT scan was significantly enhanced cortical edge of the lesion,slightly enhanced in the central flaky;substantial reduction of the lesion edge density.strengthening the central part of no enhancement with low density areas;pelvis to the center of the gradual filling of contrast medium,and see mild enhancement with Reduced low-density area was"spoke-like"enhancement.Conclusion:RO tumor central area"stellate"shape with low echo / scar its characteristic low-density imaging,such as ultrasound or CT examination of renal tumors appear the sign may be prompted to RO,rely mainly on pathological diagnosis.
