摘    要:目的建立卫生高级专业技术职称评审量化评价体系。方珐采用专家咨询法、文献法及关键指标法等筛选出有效、可行的评价指标,并计算出每项指标的加权总分值,确定指标权重。结果应用评审量化评价体系,将2009年度申报高级职称的人员进行量化评分后.推荐通过的情况与申报人量化评分较高的情况呈正相关。结论初步构建了我院高级专业技术职称评审的量化评价体系,且该体系切实可行、客观公正,有利于发挥职称聘任的积极杠杆作用。

Study on Establishing the Assessment System of Quantification Evaluation on Senior Health Professional Titles

Abstract:Objective To establish the assessment system of quantification evaluation on senior health professional titles. Methods Selecting effective and feasible evaluation index with expert consultation, literatures review and KPI method, and calculating the total weighted score for each indicator to determine the index weight. Results Through the application of quantitative evaluation system, it is declared that the title of senior officers in 2009 recommended by the situation and the situation of people with higher quantitative score were positively correlated. Condclusion The assessment system of quantification evaluation of senior health professional titles should be established, which is practical, feasible, objective and fair, and be beneficial to the positive function of professional title appointment.
