神经外科ICU与普通神经外科医院感染病原菌及耐药性对比研究

摘    要:目的:通过对神经外科重症监护病房(ICU)与同时间段内普通神经外科医院感染感染率、感染菌种、感染部位及主要细菌耐药性的对比研究,指导临床有效预防和治疗。方法:对我院神经外科ICU与普通神经外科2009年1月~2010年10月出院患者的医院感染进行感染率、感染菌种、感染部位及细菌耐药性进行回顾性地对照研究。结果:ICU病房患者的易感性强,细菌构成以铜绿假单胞菌、洋葱假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌为主;普通病房以铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、洋葱假单胞菌为主;ICU病房的铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯菌对大部分抗菌药物的耐药情况较普通病房严重。结论:ICU病房与普通病房的细菌构成、耐药率差异均有统计学意义,采取一定的消毒隔离措施,可有效阻断病原菌在不同病房间的传播。

Abstract:Objective:To neurosurgery intensive care unit(ICU) with the same period of Neurosurgery,General Hospital Infection rate of infection,bacteria infection,infection site and bacterial resistance in the major comparative study of clinical effective prevention and treatment.Methods:ICU department of neurosurgery and general neurosurgery January 2009—October 2010 were discharged from hospital infection rate of infection in patients infected with bacteria,the site of infection and antibiotic resistance were retrospectively controlled study.Results:ICU ward patients with high susceptibility,the bacteria form Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Pseudomonas cepacia,Klebstella pneumoniae,Stenotrophomonas maltophilia based;general ward Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas cepacia dominated;ICU ward,Pscudomonas aeruginosa,Klebsiella pneumoniae resistant to most antibiotics than the general wards serious situation.Conclusion:ICU ward and general wards of bacteria composition,the differences were statistically significant resistance rates,to take certain disinfection and isolation measures,can effectively block the pathogen spread in different diseases of the room.
