米非司酮联合乳酸依沙吖啶用于中期妊娠引产的效果观察

目的:观察米非司酮联合乳酸依沙吖啶用于中期妊娠引产的效果。方法:选取我院自2008年3月～2010年5月收治的自愿中期妊娠引产孕妇136例,随机分为观察组(米非司酮联合乳酸依沙吖啶治疗组)和对照组(单纯乳酸依沙吖啶治疗组)各68例,比较两组孕妇的引产效果。结果:观察组成功68例(100%),对照组成功66例(97.1%),两组孕妇成功率比较差异不大(P>0.05);观察组与对照组从阴道流血量及胚胎排出时间方面比较差异显著(P<0.01),具有统计学意义。观察组中出现发热2例,对照组中出现发热1例,腹泻1例。结论:米非司酮联合乳酸依沙吖啶用于中期妊娠引产可以提高引产成功率,减少阴道流血量及胚胎排出时间,且临床安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Mifepristone Ethacridine Lactate for Termination of Second Trimester Pregnancy Effect Observation

Objective:Mifepristone ethacridine lactate trimester abortion for the effect.Methods:In our hospital from March 2008-May 2010 trimester abortion voluntarily admitted 136 cases of pregnant women were randomly divided into two groups(mifepristone Ethacridine lactic acid treatment group) and control group(pure lactic acid by ethacridine treatment group) of the 68 cases,results were compared induction of labor in pregnant women.Results:68 patients success group(100%),66 patients successfully control group (97.1%),two groups of pregnant women.little difference between the success rate(P>0.05);observation group and control group from the amount of vaginal bleeding and discharge time of embryo significant difference between areas(P<0.01),with statistical significance.Fever observation group 2 patients in the control group,1 case of fever,diarrhea in 1 case.Conclusion:Mifepristone ethacridine lactate trimester abortion can be used to improve the success rate of induction of labor,reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding and embryo from the time,and higher clinical safety.is worthy of clinical application.
