皮肤外扩张后血循环监测的实验研究

摘    要:应用激光多普勒血流计及血氧饱和度检测计对兔背部经外扩张牵引后的皮肤进行监测。分别在夹持部位、牵引皮肤组织中部及远端3个测量点,在牵引开始前,即刻,1,5,10,30,60,90min测量LDF和SpO2,牵引完成后再测量一次。

Abstract:The skin of the back of the rabbit was used to do traction study. The expanded skin was monitored using the Laser Doppler and Blood Oxygen Saturation Detector.Three measuring points were selected at the clamping point,the middle point and the far rim of the expanded skin.The measurement was done before traction,immediately,1,5,7,30,60 and 90 min after traction.The measurement was done again when the traction was being finished. Since the normal blood supply was interfered, the measuring data of all points fell obviously when the traction began.The measuring data of all points rose gradually 1 min after traction and steadied 30 min after.The Laser Doppler data of all points were higher than normal and the Blood Oxygen Saturation of all points returned to normal when the traction was finished. The results show that the density of subcutaneous vascular net increased,the skin blood circulation improved and the expanded skin was not damaged.
