上海地区医疗机构药学人员专业素质状况的调查

目的提高医疗机构药学服务质量，更好地为患者服务。方法在分层随机描样的基础上，对上海地区各级各类医院药学人员的专业素质现状进行问卷调查，并对结果进行统计分析。结果药学人员的学历以药学中专比例最高，专业职称以药师为主；不同背景的药学人员专业学习途径存在着差异；发表学术文章的作者主要分布在市、区两级医院中。结沦加强对医疗机构药学人员的宏观管理，把提高专业素质作为管理部门的重要职责，创造条件提高药学人员的学历水平，鼓励药学人员从事专业研究，撰写与发表专业文章。

Situation of professional quality of pharmaceutical staffs in hospitals, Shanghai

AIM To implement pharmaceutical care and improve health service for patients in hospital.METHODS With stratified random sampling, questionnaire on pharmaceutical staffs in hospitals of Shanghai was made and then statistics done.RESULTS In the pharmacy of hospitals, the staffs graduated mainly from the technical secondary school of pharmacy and pharmacists were superior in numbers. There were different preferences of getting pharmaceutical knowledge among the various position staffs. The most editors published pharmaceutical essays work in higher-rank hospitals.CONCLUSION Tightening up the management to the staffs is necessary to raise their educational background and professional quality level. Pharmaceutical staffs should be encouraged to partake in scientific research and publish their papers.
