| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨有效的护理质量管理体系.方法:病区采取责任护士,护理组长、护士长三级护理质量控制体系,建立健全护理质量信息的传递、反馈、监督管理制度.结果:病区实施三级护理质量控制体系,真正落实以患者为中心的护理质量管理,能最大限度消除护理缺陷和事故隐患,护理质量呈阶梯式提高.结论:病区建立健全好三级护理质量控制体系是一种有效的护理质量保证体系.

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the effective nursing quality management system. Methods： In the ward, the three - tier system of nursing and quality control was established, consisting of responsibility of ward nurses, nursing team leader and charge nurse. And the system of delivery, feedback and supervision of nursing management information were established and improved. Results ： When three - tier nursing quality control system was performed, the patient - centered care quality management was really implemented; care deficiencies and potential causes of accidents were eliminated to the greatest degree ; care quality was improved in stepwise improvement. Conclusion： Establishing a good three - tier quality control system is a kind of effective care quality assurance system. |
