| 摘 要： | 通过MTT法观察止汗平喘颗粒对小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖的影响，同时测定该工对小鼠血清IgG,IgM含量的影响，结果表明，该药1．12－4．5g/kg不同剂量给药，可对刀豆蛋白A（ConA)和植物血球凝集素（PHA）等不同细胞免疫刺激剂诱导的淋巴细胞的增殖具有明显增强作用（P＜0．01），提高IgG,IgM等免疫球蛋白含量P＜0．01，提示该药增强机体的细胞免疫和体液免疫功能，具有明显免疫调节作用，这可能是该药消炎平喘的作用机理之一。

| Abstract: | Summary:Immuno-Regularity effect of Zhihan pingchuan granulars on mice spleen lymphocytes proliferation and IgG IgM antibodies concentration in setum was investigated,The results showed that:ConA and PHA activated spleen lymphocytes could increase proliferation especially after treated different dosage of Zhihan pingchuan granulars( P <0.01),also indicated that Zhihanpingchuan granrlars coul promote antibody production IgG,IgM( P <0.01),suggested that Zhihan pingchuan granulars has certain immunoregulalatory effect in improving cell immunity as well as body fluid immunity,probably it is part antiinflamatory and antiathma mechanisim of Zhihan pingchuan granulars. |
