| 摘 要： | 为综合评估老年脂质代谢紊乱中医易患因素对胰岛素的影响，阐明影响胰岛素敏感性的主要中医因素，进行Logistic回归分析，结果显示老年 脂质代谢紊乱患者存在胰岛素敏感性下降，肾虚是主要影响因素，为深入研究老年脂质代 谢紊乱的中医发病机制提供了线索。

| Abstract: | To evaluate the influence of TCM risk factors on insulin of senile lipid metabolism disorder (SLMD),and elucidate the main TCM factors of influence on insulin sensitivity,the Logistic regression analysis was used.The results showed that there existed the decreased insulin sensitivity in SLMD,and the kidney deficiency was the main causes.It provides the useful basis for studying TCM mechanism of SLMD. |
