摘    要:目的建立轴向和径向2种观测方式快速测定水中钾、钠、钙和镁元素的电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP)法。方法优化仪器测试条件,低浓度的采取轴向观测,高浓度的采取径向观测,检测不同浓度的钾、钠、钙和镁。结果待测元素的检出限为1.1~27.5μg/L,精密度为0.23%~0.95%,回收率为102.0%~110.9%。结论此法具有快速、简便、灵敏度高等优点,可满足不同水中的钾、钠、钙和镁元素的检测要求。

Abstract:Objective]To establish a method for rapid determination of K,Na,Ca,Mg in drinking water by axial observation and radial observation using ICP. Methods]Using the optimized conditions,the low concentration K,Na,Ca,Mg were detected by axial observation,and high concentration K,Na,Ca,Mg were detected by radial observation. Results]The detection limits were between 1.1-27.5 μg/L.The precisions were between 0.23%-0.95%.The Recoveries were between 102.0%-110.9%. Conclusion]This method has the advantages of rapidity,simplicity and high sensitivity,and it can satisfy the determination requirements for K,Na,Ca,and Mg in drinking water.
