| 摘 要： | 目的 根据血气分析仪的测定结果,应用计算机对呼吸功能和酸碱失衡进行判定.方法将呼吸功能与酸碱失衡的判定公式编入计算机软件,输入pH值、PaCO2、PaO2、Na+、Cl-等测定数据,由计算机软件根据相应的判断规则和数学模型自动做出判定.结果 由计算机可作出10种类型呼吸功能障碍、氧离曲线偏移以及15种类型酸碱失衡的判定.结论 使用计算机可对血气测定结果作出快速、准确而全面的判定.
