摘    要:本文旨在通过阐述发达国家食品安全监管的3种基本模式,分析、比较我国食品安全监管体系存在的问题,借鉴国外先进的监管经验,国际食品安全监管的发展趋势,结合我国国情,从监管体系上提出保证食品安全的建议和对策.

Abstract:By describing three basic models of food safety administration in the developed countries,this paper analyses and compares the problems on food safety administration system in China,uses the foreign advanced experiences and international development of food safety administration for reference,combined with our national conditions,puts forward the suggestion and countermeasure of food safety from the view of administration system.
