| 摘 要： | 自身免疫性疾病有明显的性别差异，女性的发病率显著高于男性，表明雌激素影响这类疾病的发生。雌激素及其代谢产物水平、雌激素受体基因多态性、雌激素受体介导的信号通路等方面与自身免疫性疾病密切相关，雌激素及其受体在自身免疫性疾病治疗中发挥重要作用。

| Abstract: | Many observations demonstrated that there was a significant gender difference in autoimmune diseases. The predominance of autoimmune diseases (AID) among women suggested that estrogen may affect the pathogenesis of AID. The purpose of the review was to summarize recent progress about the effects of estrogen and its metabolites, and the signaling pathway and gene polymorphasim of estrogen receptors (ER). Furthermore, the therapy methods for AID with estrogen and its receptors were also introduced. |
