胰岛素增敏剂-文迪雅治疗2型糖尿病疗效观察

目的 :探讨文迪雅对 2型糖尿病治疗的价值。方法 :对 60例 2型糖尿病患者采用双盲法平分为文迪雅组及糖脉康组 ,服药 2～ 12周观察患者的空服血糖、餐后 2h血糖、HbAIC、血脂变化情况。结果 :文迪雅组治疗后与治疗前空腹血糖、餐后 2h血糖、HbAIC差值分别为 ( 1.67± 1.86)mmol L(P <0 .0 0 1)、( 2 .72± 2 .91)mmol L(P <0 .0 0 1)、( 0 .82± 1.91) % (P <0 .0 0 1)、对照组分别为 ( -0 .13± 1.3 9)mmol L(P =0 .3 5 2 )、( 0 .3 5± 2 .3 )mmol L(P =0 .14 5 )、( -0 .3 6± 0 .97) % (P <0 .0 0 1)。两组比较存在显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,治疗组低密度脂蛋白治疗后明显下降 (P <0 0 0 1) ,高密度脂蛋白明显升高 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,与对照组相比存在显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :文迪雅能更好的降血糖、降血脂 ,改善胰岛素抵抗 ,保护胰岛素细胞功能。

The Effect of Insulin - Sensitiging Agent -- Avandia on the Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

Objective:To examine the effectiveness of Avandia on type 2 diabetes.Methods:Sixty patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups, one group was treated with Avandia, another with Kang Zuge. Each group had 30 patients. Four parameters, blood sugar in slimosis, blood sugar 2 h after meal, HbAIC and the change of blood lipoproteins, were examined from 2 to 12 weeks after the treatments of the medicals.Results:The blood sugar in slimosis, blood sugar 2 hrs after meal, and HbAIC for pre- and post-treatment with Avandia were 1.67±1.86mmol/L(P<0.001), 2.72±2.91 mmol/ L(P<0.001) and 0.82±1.91(P<0.001), respectively.These parameter for control group were (-0.13±1.39)mmol/ L(P=0.352), 0.35±2.3 mmol/ L(P=0.145)and (-0.36±0.97)% (P<0.001), respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups for the parameters (P<0.001). The low density lipoprotein decreased (P<0.001)and the high density lipoprotein increased obviously (P<0.001)in Avandia group ,compared with those in control group, the differences was significant(P<0.001).Conclusions:Avandia thant's euglycemic agent is more effective than Kang Zuge on the treatment of type 2 diabetes in decreasing blood sugar and blood lipo,improve insulin resistance, and maintaining the function of pancreatic island cells.
