增生前期糖尿病性视网膜病变的光凝固治疗

目的　观察增生前期糖尿病性视网膜病变激光治疗效果。方法　采用美国产 Utim a2 0 0 0 SE型氩离子激光器 ,对 82例 92眼增生前期糖尿病性视网膜病变行全视网膜光凝。结果　经 1～ 5 a的观察 :1治疗后≤ 0 .1的眼数减少 6眼 ,0 .2～ 0 .4的眼数减少 19眼 ,0 .5～ 0 .9的眼数增加了 2 0眼 ,≥ 1.0的眼数增加了 5眼。 216眼发展成增生型糖尿病性视网膜病变 ,其中 4眼发生视乳头新生血管 ,12眼发生视网膜新生血管 ,7眼伴有玻璃体出血 ,2眼行玻璃体切割手术。结论　增生前期行全视网膜光凝是最合适的时机 ,可阻止和延缓糖尿病性视网膜病的发展

Photocoagulation treatment in pre-proliferative diabetic retinopathy

Objective To observe effect of photocoagulation in pro proliferative diabetic retinopathy.Method With Utima 2000 SE Argon Laser,made in USA,82 cases and 96 eyes of pre preliferative diabetic retinopathy underwent pan photocoagulation.Results A 1～5 year follow up revealed the treatment decreased the number of eyes (visual acuity≤0.1) by 6,and the number of eyes (visual acuity 0.2～0.4) by 19;while the treatment increased the number of eyes (visual acuity 0.5～0.9) by 20,and the number of eyes (visual acuity ≥1.0) by 5.There were 16 eyes which evolved into proliferative diabetic retinopathy,of which 4 eyes got optic papilla neovascularization,12 got retinal neovascularization,7 eyes had vitreous hemorrhage,and 2 eyes underwent vitrectomy.Conclusion Pan photocoagulation during pre proliferation was proper to treat diabetic retinopathy,it can prevent or delay the progression of diabetic retinopathy.
