预警干预护理在预防骨科卧床患者褥疮发病中的应用

目的 探讨预警干预护理对预防骨科卧床患者褥疮发病中的疗效。方法 应用Braden评分法预测骨科卧床患者褥疮发病的潜在危险度，根据分值进行分层护理，观察预警干预护理与传统分级护理对于褥疮发病情况及各分期比例的差异。结果 296例预警干预护理惠者中有4例发生褥疮，其中Ⅰ期3例，Ⅱ期1例，而288例传统分级护理患者中有12例发生褥疮。其中Ⅰ期6例，Ⅱ期4例，Ⅲ期2例，预警干预组褥疮的发生率及各分期所占比例均低于常规护理组。结论 采用Braden评分法的预警干预护理能有效减低骨科卧床患者褥疮发病率。

Application of preventive intervention nursing on the synteresis of decubitus of orthopaedics patients lying in bed

Objective To investigate the efficacy of preventive intervention nursing on the synteresis of decubitus of orthopaedics patients lying in bed. Methods Braden scale was applied on forecasting of latent risk of decubitus of orthopaedics patients, delamination nursing based on the scores was performed and the difference between preventive intervention nursing and traditional classification nursing were observed. Results There were 4 cases out of 296 patients with preventive intervention nursing occurred decubitus, 3 in first stage and 1 in second stage. There were 12 cases out of 288 patients with routine nursing occurred decubitus, 6 in first stage, 4 in second stage and 2 in third stage. The incidence of deeubitus and proportion of different stages of preventive intervention group were less than routine nursing group. Conclusions Preventive intervention nursing with applying Braden scale can effectively reduce the onset risk of decubitus.
