| 摘 要： | 目的探讨妊娠期高血压疾病与妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的关系。方法分析妊娠期高血压疾病(hypertensive dis- orders complicating pregnancy,HDCP)患者122例的并发症。结果18例(14．75％)妊娠期高血压疾病患者并发妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症(intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy,ICP),并且发现随着妊娠期高血压疾病程度的提高妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的发生率也越高。结论妊娠期高血压疾病的严重程度与是否合并有妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症成正相关,子痫前期患者的新生儿的预后与妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症亦成正相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigated the relation between hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy (HDCP) and intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy(ICP).Methods Analyzing the complication of the 122 patients with HDCP.Resuits 18 patients with HDCP were complicated with ICP(14.75%),the incidence rate of ICP was increased following severity of HDCP.Conclusions The severity of HDCP was increased following severity of the complication of ICP.The prognosis of the neonatal with eclampsism was related with the patient with ICP. |
