高压氧舱治疗噪声的测量与分析

摘    要:目的:通过检测分析高压氧舱治疗过程中的实际噪音来源及噪声指标,旨在为降低高压氧治疗(HBOT)噪音措施提供研发基础。方法:将噪声计分别置于治疗舱和过渡舱内的吸氧位上患者坐位时耳部的位置,分别测定加压前、加压期、稳压期及减压期舱内的综合噪音指标。结果:不同测量位点间结果显示,加压前期开空调时、加压期、稳压期补气时以及减压期时,进气口侧吸氧位噪声强度与舱中心吸氧位比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),噪声强度明显增大;开空调后与未开空调比较,有语音提示时与无语言提示时比较,加压期与加压前比较,吸氧与未吸氧时比较,补气时与未补气间比较,噪声强度间有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:高压氧舱在治疗过程中舱内综合噪音却远>60dB,属于中低强度的噪音环境。因此,对加减压系统进行针对性的噪音控制研发为首要的降噪措施。

Abstract:Objective: In order to provide the study foundation for reducing the HBOT noise, the noise source and indexes are tested and analyzed during the real HBOT therapy process. Methods: By placing the Noise meter on the ear of the inhaling patient which is about I meter above the ground in sitting position both in the treatment of class and the transition cabin, and before pressueized, testing the comprehensive noise indexes, Pressure phase, Regulator period and Decompression s..tage. Results: The results show that the noise intensity in Air inlet and Class center have significant dif(erence in the process of Pressurized pre-air conditioning, Pressure phase, Regulator period, as well as Decompression stage. Compared with the noise intensity in the Cabin Centre oxygen bit, the noise intensity in Inlet side oxygen bit, increase significantly(the significant difference in level P of noise intensity is 0.05). Meanwhile, the noise intensity have significant differences in the following process, start air conditioning compared with No air conditioning, Voice prompts compared with no Voice prompts, the pressure phase compared with Before pressurizing, Inhaling oxygen compared with Not inhaled oxygen, and Supplementary gas compared with no air( the significant difference in level P of noise intensity is 0.05or0.01). Conclusion: The comprehensive noise intensity in the therapy process in HBOT is larger than 60, which is of medium-low intensity. The noise source are from air-conditioner, voice, Air supply, inhaling oxygen and so on. Therefore to study the noise control of the Compression and decompression system is the essential noise reduction measurement.
