摘    要:目的:为确保医疗卫生装备的临床应用质量和操作人员的安全,对医院48台呼吸机的质量控制检测结果进行了分析和讨论,以对呼吸机的后续使用和维护保养提供意见和建议。方法:通过对全院临床科室多品牌呼吸机质量控制结果及存在问题进行分析,提出维护保养及提高设备使用率和完好率的可操作性建议。结果:分析其中11台呼吸机不合格的原因,提出建议以保证呼吸机的临床使用质量。结论:可操作性建议的有效执行能确保医疗卫生装备质量可靠、安全有效。

Abstract:Objective:To ensure the quality of the clinical application of medical equipment and patient safety,the quality control results of 48 ventilators have been analyzed.The analysis result can bring more benefits to maintenance of ventilator in latter usage.Methods:The opinions on how to maintain ventilators in order to improve the intact ratio and utilization ratio are proposed though conduct the quality control and results analysis of the different brands ventilators from clinical departments in our hospital.Results:Three proposals on improving the quality of clinical application have been offered by analyzing the incompetent factors which cause 11 ventilators fail to pass quality control test.Conclusion:The effective implementation of operational suggestions can provide guarantee for credible quality and safe running of medical equipment.
