摘    要:分子筛变压吸附制氧技术近年来广泛应用于大、中型医院,实现了医院制氧供氧的自主性,其制氧设备工作性能直接影响对患者的抢救和治疗。通过对YSPO93-50型分子筛变压吸附制氧机在工作过程中出现的空压机短暂停机故障现象的分析,从制氧机工作原理、结构入手,逐步排除,最终确定其故障为CPU软故障导致设备不能正常工作。

Abstract:The molecular sieve pressure swing absorption oxygen-generating technology which realizes automatic oxygen supply is widely applied in the large and medium-sized hospitals.The work performance of oxygen-generating equipment influences the impact on patients' treatment and rescue directly.We conducted analysis on the transient compressor failures of YSP093-50 molecular sieve pressure swing absorption oxygen-generating equipment appeared in working process and fixed that the soft failure of CPU leads to the equipment malfunctioning.
